For safety reasons while tunneling for the Portsmouth Force Main under Waud Bluff on Swan Island, the Waud Bluff Trail is temporarily closed. It may be closed through January 2010, depending on the progress of the tunnel boring machine.

The Waud Bluff Trail is located on the bluff and extends from the end of N. Basin Avenue on Swan Island to N. Willamette Boulevard. We apologize for any inconvenience. Safety is our highest priority.
