Howdy everybody. Thanks for letting us have some time off for the 4th weekend.

Many shop folk ended up at Doodles' home on independence day for grillage, drinks, and fireworks assessment. Good times for the people. After the fun, I attempted to lead my family homeword from southeast along the waterfront and into the northland. We wound our way through a variety of neighborhoods. Most of these had quiet, floating bits of paper and settling dust from the festivities. We rode with many loaded townsfolk along the river. Numerous wasted and pyro enthused neighbors were grilling and blasting various objects skyward all along our trip. We ended up in bed around 1am.

The next day Carebear, Doodles and I headed up to Mt Hood for some sporty mtn biking. We took the long way through Hood River both times. Knebal Springs and 8 mile creek were both clear and fun. Get up there before it gets too dusty or gas goes up any more.
