Oregon's Share the Road Plate

DMV offers non-profit group license plates for your passenger vehicle.

The additional fees ($10 for a 2-year period) associated with these plates are due at original issue of registration and at each renewal period. (Exception: Share the Road plates. The additional fees for this plate are due at issuance of the plate only and not with each renewal.)

The additional fees pay for the processing and issuance of the plates, with the remainder of the proceeds going to the sponsoring non-profit group.

Newton Road Volunteer Tree Planting Event

Save the Date: January 17th - Volunteer Tree Planting in Forest Park.

 

On Saturday, January 17th, from 9:00am to 1:00pm the Forest Park Conservancy will host a tree planting event in Forest Park. The event is in collaboration with Portland Parks and Recreation and the Friends of Trees.

 

Come join other volunteers and community partners in our first tree planting event of 2009. The volunteer event will take place at Newton Road (click on link for directions to trailhead) in Forest Park.

 

Winter Break

The shop will be closed from Monday December 22nd through Friday January 2nd. We will be back around 10am Saturday January 3rd. Have a nice holiday!

Vernonia Skills Park Work Day

Looking for something to do with the visiting relatives still hanging around in town after Thanksgiving? Bring 'em to a good ol' fashioned bike skill park work party in Vernonia! The paved trails around Vernonia Lake are fun for the kids and for the more adventurous, the trail links into the Banks-Vernonia Linear State Park.

Scappoose and Private Forest Land Rules

Please read the attached letter for information on Rocky Point Road and the Scappoose riding area. The rules that Longview Timberlands outline are straight forward and make sense. We'll need to follow them if we want to continue to use this great riding area they also include all the lands owned or managed by Longview Timberlands/Longview Fibre in Oregon and SW Washington.

Shop Closed for Riding and Family

Revolver will be closed Saturday October 18th for the NOISE ride and for the Pickett family to head to the coast for Mark and Kristen's 11th year wedding anniversary.
